If you ever plan to move to Canada, remember the name Bentley, Balmoral and Beresford Apartments in Cote Saint-Luc. Located in the suburbs of Montreal, it is only a fifteen-minute drive away from downtown. Our residents include many immigrants who mostly have come all the way from Europe. Spend your birthday parties with us, have your toddlers play in our kiddie pool or maybe you can challenge your friends to some lap swimming. We only have lifeguarded pools because we are concerned with the safety of the swimmers. This is only at our Aquatic and Community Center (ACC) Pools. Or, if you want to have a change of course, you can relax and unwind in our sauna after a long tiring day at work. We have both outdoors and indoors, whatever takes your fancy.
Our Apartments in Cote Saint-Luc are big and spacious, from a studio-type and one, two and three bedrooms. We have beautiful wooden floors and we have already provided the stove and fridge in the kitchen for you. If you ever got cold, you can turn on the heat if you like. If you want to take baths even in the cold season, we’ve got hot and cold water. It would be your turn to cozy the place up and make it feel more homey.
And now that more and more people are getting access to cars, we know how hard it is to find parking so we allotted indoor parking for your needs. If you don’t, don’t worry. The local public transportation is just a minute away from the buildings. Our condo for rent Cote Saint-Luc also has in-house laundry facilities if you have to wash your clothes. Cable television service is available at a reduced rate and we’ve got huge closet space for you if you have an extensive wardrobe. We too know the stairs isn’t for everyone and it can get tiring so we have elevators just in case you live on the top floor.
You know you will really love to live at our condo here at Cote Saint-Luc because the best of all, the Cavendish Mall and the Cote Saint-Luc Mall are beckoning you; they are almost next to us. You can work out in the gym, do shopping, dine at your favorite restaurant and watch movies at the cinema. Our friendly and warm community invites smiles and new residents from all parts of the globe. You can make new friends with your neighbors at our parks where you can just spend time staring off into space when you’re too stressed to do anything else.
To give our tenants a more excellent service and positive feedback, we have renovated since our three apartment buildings–the Bentley, Balmoral and Beresford. Even more so, booking with us is affordable and inexpensive but luxurious.
